We are Retro Radiance

We’re a married creative duo based in Ottawa, focused on photographing love stories in a way that feels true to you.

Our work blends elevated photojournalism with a loose editorial approach, shaped by the cinematic glamour of 1960s and ‘70s film. We care about light, movement, and atmosphere, and how those elements support the story rather than distract from it.

Hannah leads with composition and emotional nuance. Andrew brings a cinematic instinct grounded in storytelling and motion. Together, we balance candid moments with light direction when needed, keeping everything natural and intentional.

We’re not here to stage your day. We’re here to observe it with care and create space for real moments to unfold.

Outside of work, we’re drawn to vinyl, classic cinema, getting lost in literature, and lingering over good food. Those influences quietly shape how we see and work.
